We were having Salmon.  Sometime I find that you get a really “fishy” taste with salmon and so we don’t eat it too often.  I wanted a flavourful dinner without too much fuss or fishiness.  Do you ever pick your spices by smell?  I opened the jar or Greek Dressing Seasonings and WOW!  What an aroma; herbs, garlic; onion; bell peppers.  mmmm.

Salmon Fillets – 350 degrees for 30 minutes

In a small baking dish, lay the fillets out and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  Add Epicure seasonings and sea salt to taste.  Cover with tin foil and bake.  The fish should flake nicely apart yet still be moist.  Serve with fresh vegetables and rice or baked potato.

Dinner SalmonThis was wonderful.  No fishy flavour, just tasty goodness.

Please visit Cheryl’s web site and browse the catalog.  If you order, it will be delivered straight to your door.  Cooking has never been so much fun.
